How Accurate is the 3d Scan – and What File Formats Do I Receive?

Depending on the scanner and object, we achieve a measuring accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. Depending on the method, the final CAD models only deviate from the original by around 0.05-0.25 mm – sufficient for technical redesign or series production.
You receive the model in the format of your choice, e.g. STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ or as a parametric SolidWorks model. Raw data such as point clouds (e.g. E57, XYZRGB) are also possible on request.
