3D Scan Reverse Engineering involves the precise digitization of a real object. First, we capture its geometry using a high-resolution 3D scanner (as a point cloud or mesh). Subsequently, we reconstruct a technical CAD model from this data – either as exact surface geometry (NURBs) or as an editable solid model (with history) that can be further utilized in CAD software. The process is fast, contactless, and highly precise – ideal for the reproduction, optimization, or documentation of technical components.
