3D Scan Museum Cultural Assets

We repeatedly scan objects of all kinds for museums. One example:

The task for this object was to scan this medieval helmet to create a 3D printable file. The scan was performed with an accuracy of 0.1 mm for the entire part. For the rivets and bolts, we created a new scan with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. Only the scanning of the outer surfaces was required for the reconstruction.
