For a packaging project, we created a high-precision 3D scan of a plastic thermoformed part (blister inlay)<\/strong> – as is typically used in Advent calendars as a mold for chocolate pieces.<\/p>\n

The aim was to precisely digitize the shape geometry, including recesses, radii and transitions, in order to provide a reliable data basis for further technical processing.<\/p>\n

The 3D scan is ideal for applications such as:<\/p>\n

    Especially for packaging parts with many small contours and recurring shapes, 3D scanning offers a fast and precise way to digitize existing components and significantly accelerate development processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>
